TQL's motto of "Work hard, play hard" is taken to heart through our company and departmental events.  These events not only increase employee morale, but allow us to get to know our fellow co-workers and give our employees an outlet to blow off steam and have fun at work!

Company-Wide Events

To maintain a feeling of connection between employees in our Cincinnati offices, our company-wide events are held to bring everyone together for fun or recognition.  To keep our employees across all departments engaged, we hold several company-wide events each year that are guaranteed to draw a large crowd.

These events, such as our Holiday Event at the Paul Brown Stadium, or the annual TQL Picnic at Coney Island, are a big hit for our employees as it gives them the opportunity to bring their friends and family with them to a company event.

Team Outings

Because our Sales Department is team oriented, it is important for our employees to get the chance to spend time together in team-building activities outside of the office.  While each of our sales teams are unique, they typically go on at least one outing per quarter, if not more.

These outings range from happy hour at local restaurants to softball tournaments to bowling competitions, but the principle is the same--time spent together outside of the office builds stronger teams inside the office.

Sales Competitions

TQL Employees are competitive by nature.  To hone their skills and heat up friendly rivalry between employees, our sales teams participate in quarterly competitions for prizes and recognition.  Some of our most recent competition winners have reaped such rewards as flat-screen TVs, home entertainment centers, vacation time, and tickets to local sporting events.

Our biggest sales competition is the annual TQL President's Club.  In January 2011, we kicked off our fourth year of the competition, which rewards the company's top sales employees based on end-of-year sales numbers.

The grand prize for our lucky 2010 winners?  A TQL-provided trip for each winner and a guest to an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Rico!
