TQL coordinates a variety of events and activities so employees can interact with one another, both socially and through community service.

The company hosts an annual summer picnic and holiday party, as well as monthly new-hire outings.

The Spirit of Competition

TQL employees are competitive by nature. Each quarter, the Sales Teams compete for great prizes. Past prizes include dinner on a riverboat, a night game with the Cincinnati Reds, and a day of golfing and games at a local resort.

The Rewards of Giving Back

Many TQL employees serve on executive boards and committees for area nonprofit organizations, including our President and other members of the Executive Team.

TQL has been actively involved in giving back to the community since its inception. The Employee Relations Committee spearheads the company’s civic and philanthropic activities and continuously explores ways to expand the opportunities available to our employees.

In 2008, TQL employees logged over 820 hours of community service through events sponsored by our Community Relations Committee and donated more than $21,000 to various charities in our area.
