At TQL, giving back is what we do. It's part of who we are and our employees are committed to serving our community by donating their resources, including time, financial support, and attention.
Giving back to our community is of the utmost importance to our President and CEO Ken Oaks and he has passed along his commitment to the rest of our company. In 2010 alone, our employees logged nearly 450 hours of community service and donated more than $210,000 to various charities.
On average, we take part in at least one community-service oriented event per month. Most of our community partnerships were initially brought into the TQL Cares program by our employees and we encourage our employees to step up and be the leader for these community initiatives.
