The TQL Training Program is designed to teach you the ins and outs of the logistics industry and mastery of TQL processes and programs. You will also learn sales techniques and practices that will give you the skills needed to build your book of business by creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Because you aren't expected to start at TQL with all the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in our industry, our Training Program has been developed to provide an unparalleled level of support and guidance as all new employees transition into our organization.
Successfully completing the TQL Training Program enables you to be promoted to a Logistics Account Executive (LAE). This promotion signifies that you have reached the goals set throughout the TQL Training Program and you are now prepared to run your own accounts and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and carriers.
