What exactly is TQL?

 

TQL is a SALES organization that operates in the logistics industry. 

 

We sell a service called truckload brokerage to companies looking to transport their merchandise over the road by truck drivers and carriers.  We've built a reputation in our industry for our exceptional customer service and high level of professional integrity.

 

Our sales department makes up over 75% of our 1,000+ person organization.  TQL has always been dedicated to building strong sales professionals and our organization is structured to provide consistent support to our sales teams.  Our non-sales departments work hard behind the scenes to ensure smooth business operations.

 

How do they do it?

 

Our Inside Sales Account Executive position is internally referred to as Logistics Account Executive.  Each of our Logistics Account Executives manage their own personal group of client accounts called a "book of business."  They provide one-on-one personal attention and customer service to our clients, and are given the independence to manage and grow those accounts as they see fit.  This personalized and thorough account management practice allows us to maintain strong and trusting relationships with our clients and is something that differentiates us from other transportation brokerage companies.
