Our sales professionals work in an industry that is the backbone of the national economy - 70% of all freight tonnage in the nation moves on a truck. As an LAE, you will build a portfolio of clients by actively researching and seeking out prospects. You will develop relationships with these clients and strengthen your client base by providing industry-leading service and support.
You are responsible for your client's freight from the moment of pickup until the moment of delivery and this is a big responsibility. You will identify the right carriers for your customer's freight, negotiate the rate between the customer and carrier, and ensure on-time delivery. And with big responsibility comes big rewards. There are no sales caps at TQL. We have a salary plus commission compensation model, and the average salary for an account executive with the company for 3.5 years is well over six figures.
